Our purpose is to provide world-class training to players looking for a career in college, ATP or WTA. We are committed to developing not only the shots and the tennis skills but also the mental endurance and focus of our players. We help our players develop an adequate tournament schedule for whatever their goal might be. If college tennis is their main focus, we will help them as much as we possibly can to find a program that suits them the best. We also accompany the players to their tournaments in or out of town. At the tournaments we watch the players compete to gather their strengths and weaknesses. This is a fundamental part of their development.
HIGH PERFORMANCE CLASS (HP)
HP classes are what differentiate us from all other academies in the surrounding areas. In this modality of classes we guarantee our players a 4 to 1 or a 2 to 1 student/instructor ratio. Such ratio allows the instructor to truly work on the stroke development of the players as well as to work in developing that trust with the players, which is very important for the process.
In the live ball modality, players compete with one another meanwhile an instructor walks among the courts giving directions, corrections, or strategic advice. Here we focus more on how the student is competing on a mental level rather than the technique and physical aspects of the game.
Although such areas are not neglected, this modality complements with the HP classes in a great way as we get to see how the players are able to apply what is learned during the HP classes.
ACADEMY AND HP FITNESS
Our Academy Fitness program is what separates us from the competition. Overall fitness is comprised of several components: muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular capacity, body composition, and flexibility. All are important towards your fitness for tennis and life. No matter what level of tennis you play, you need to address each component in order to help you enjoy the game and remain injury-free.
